When you open the iwantoto app or browser and create an account, you enter into a service agreement with us. These terms set out your rights and responsibilities on our platform, how we handle your funds, what happens if disputes arise, and the jurisdictional limits of our service. We encourage you to read them carefully before your first deposit.
Our terms cover account creation, deposits and withdrawals, bonus conditions, game rules, dispute resolution, and jurisdiction notice. They apply to all users accessing iwantoto from supported jurisdictions where online gaming is lawful. We update these terms periodically — you'll receive notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Account Opening and Eligibility on iwantoto
To open an iwantoto account, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (typically 18 or over), a resident of a jurisdiction where our services are lawful, and able to provide accurate personal information. During registration, we collect your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. This information is used for account verification, anti-fraud checks, and regulatory compliance.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately. We will reset your password and review account activity. Account access is logged server-side, so we can identify unauthorized use and protect your funds.
Our services are available only where local law permits. We do not operate in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. You are responsible for verifying that access and use comply with your own jurisdiction's law. We recommend checking with local authorities before accessing iwantoto.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are processed instantly for app-based methods (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) and up to 4 hours for bank transfers. Withdrawals require a verified account (KYC completed). To withdraw, request a payout via the iwantoto app, select your preferred payment method, and confirm. Processing begins within 4 business hours. Bank transfers may take 2–4 hours; app-based methods typically settle within subject to verification. You can only withdraw to the payment method you used for your most recent deposit, or to a pre-approved alternative after KYC verification.
We do not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge processing fees on their end — these are outside our control. We retain the right to decline withdrawal requests if we suspect fraud, money laundering, or violation of these terms. If a withdrawal is declined, we'll notify you within 24 hours with a reason and instructions for appeal.
Bonus Terms on iwantoto
We occasionally offer bonuses (welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins). All bonuses come with terms: wagering requirements (the number of times you must bet the bonus before withdrawing), game restrictions (which games the bonus applies to), and time limits (how long the bonus is valid). Bonus terms are displayed in-app before you claim a bonus. You must accept the terms before the bonus is credited.
Bonuses are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash. If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus is forfeited. We reserve the right to cancel a bonus if we detect fraud or violation of bonus terms (e.g., using the bonus while your account is flagged for review). Any winnings from a bonus are credited after wagering requirements are met.
At iwantoto, we enforce transparent bonus terms — no hidden conditions, no arbitrary forfeiture. All requirements are disclosed before you claim.
Game Rules and Settlement on iwantoto
All games on iwantoto (live-dealer tables, slots, sportsbook) have published rules. Slot games are certified fair — outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) audited by independent third parties. Live-dealer games are played by real dealers in professional studios — outcomes are determined by cards dealt or wheels spun in real time. Sportsbook bets are settled based on official league or tournament results.
If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, file a dispute within 48 hours of settlement. Include the bet ID, game, time, and your claim. Our team reviews the game log, match data, and settlement source. Most disputes are resolved within 24 hours. If an error is found, we correct the settlement and adjust your account. If no error is found, we explain the settlement decision and close the dispute.
Account Conduct and Prohibited Behavior
When you use iwantoto, you agree not to engage in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity. Specifically, you will not: create multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or bypass limits; use automated tools or bots to access the platform; share your account with third parties; attempt to manipulate game outcomes; or engage in any form of abuse or harassment toward our staff.
We monitor account activity for suspicious patterns. If we detect violations, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and forfeit any remaining balance. We will notify you of the reason within 24 hours and provide an opportunity to appeal within 7 days. Appeals are reviewed by our compliance team and a decision is made within 5 business days.
Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdictions where iwantoto is licensed to operate. If you have a complaint or dispute that cannot be resolved through our support team, you may escalate it via email or in-app chat. We commit to responding within 4 business hours and resolving the dispute within 14 days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, you may seek mediation through an independent third-party arbitrator (details available upon request). Arbitration is conducted remotely and costs are shared equally. The arbitrator's decision is binding on both parties.
Our services are available only where local law permits. If you access iwantoto from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, you do so at your own legal risk. We disclaim liability for any fines, penalties, or legal consequences you may face. You agree to indemnify iwantoto (hold us harmless) from any claims arising from your unauthorized use in a restricted jurisdiction.
Data Protection and Privacy
We protect your personal data under strict encryption and access controls. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text. Your account activity (logins, bets, deposits, withdrawals) is logged and retained for 7 years for compliance purposes. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may share data with regulatory authorities if required by law or to prevent fraud.
You have the right to access your personal data, request corrections, or ask for deletion (subject to legal retention requirements). Submit requests via the in-app "Help" section or email. We respond within 14 days.
Liability and Disclaimers
iwantoto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free software, or specific outcomes. We disclaim liability for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, emotional distress) arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount of funds in your account at the time of the claim.
You use iwantoto at your own risk. We are not liable for internet outages, payment-provider failures, device malfunctions, or other events beyond our control. If service is disrupted and you suffer a loss, we will investigate and provide compensation only if iwantoto is found to be at fault.
